Maurie McInnis was named Yale’s 24th president in an announcement by the school. The 58-year-old cultural historian, currently serving as the president of Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, graduated from Yale with a Ph.D in art history in 1996. Domestic Terrorism Charges For 3 Mass Protestors Arrested In Atlanta 'Cop City' Protest A group of people protesting the construction of a $90 million police training facility in Atlanta, dubbed "Copy City," were arrested for domestic terrorism as part of what has been called a "months-long escalation of policing tactics."
