Stealing From Critical Ill Patient: Pittsfield Nurse Who Took Fentanyl Going To Jail, Feds Say A 37-year-old Pittsfield nurse who admitted she stole fentanyl from a critically ill patient's IV using a syringe will spend the next three months in federal prison, authorities said.  Jessica Lotto pleaded guilty in May to one count of acquiring a controlled substance by fraud, deceit, or subterfuge, the US Attorney's Office said. Nurse From Region Admits To Tampering With Fentanyl Vials A Connecticut man has admitted to tampering with fentanyl vials while working as a nurse.  Bryan Wilson, age 39, of the New Haven County town of Madison, pleaded guilty on Thursday, Feb. 10, to tampering with a consumer product, according to Leonard Boyle, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Nurse Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Patient In Region A Connecticut registered nurse has been accused of sexually assaulting a patient. The Hartford County resident, Steven Lamoureux, age 46, of Farmington, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 30 for one count of sexual assault following an investigation by Farmington Police. According to Farmington Police Lieutenant Tim McKenzie, Lamoureux had been the subject of a similar complaint in New Haven and police believe there could be other victims.
