Matthew Candler, age 46, was located and brought into custody at the Seabrook Inn, in Seabrook, New Hampshire, according to an update from Connecticut State Police on Tuesday, May 3. Candler was identified by police as the suspect in the death of 51-year-old Jeffrey Rawson in Windham County. Rawson, of Chaplin, was found dead at a location on Miller Road in Chaplin at about 6:10 a.m. on Sunday, May 1, police previously reported.
