Woman Slain In Springfield Domestic Assault ID'd; More Charges Coming For Alleged Killer A 45-year-old Springfield woman who was severely attacked during a domestic dispute died early Thursday morning, May 16, of her wounds after more than two weeks in the hospital, authorities said.  Quitiza L. Holmes, of the Burton/Holmes family, was found suffering from a severe head wound just before 5 a.m. on April 30 at a home on Federal Street.  Kenneth Robson, 67, of Springfield, was arrested and charged with armed assault to murder, the Hampden District Attorney said. Man Admits To Killing Child 58 Years Ago, Leaving Body In Western Mass River A 75-year-old man has admitted to beating a 10-year-old Hampden County girl with a rock and leaving her to drown in a river in Western Massachusetts.  Donald Mars, of Bedford, pleaded guilty Thursday, May 2, to manslaughter after he was indicted in the 1966 murder of Betty Lou Zukowski, the Hampden County District Attorney said.
