Man Charged After Child Brings Guns To Elementary School In Region, Police Say A local man has been charged after a student was found with two handguns at a Connecticut elementary school. The incident happened in Hartford County at Carl Allgrove Elementary School in East Granby. Officers responded to the school at around 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9 after school staffers had discovered the weapons in the student’s belongings and immediately secured them, according to Connecticut State Police.  The weapons, two handguns, were seized and through an investigation, it was determined that they were owned by Kenneth Pariaug, age 32, of East Granby, state police said…

The crash happened in the Hartford County town of East Granby on Rainbow Road eastbound near Larch Drive at 9:15 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19, Connecticut State Police said. A 2010 Hyundai Elantra struck the man, who is a resident of Saint Lucie, Florida, while he was walking across the travel portion of the roadway, police reported. The couple was found shot to death in Hartford County in East Granby, on Sunday, Aug. 28 at 6 p.m., and were identified as T.J. Jacius, age 49, and Doreen Jacius, age 48, both of East Granby.
