Man Points Gun At Woman Driving In Region, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged after allegedly pointing a loaded gun at another driver. The incident took place in Windham County in the village of Moosup around 1:50 p.m., Thursday, July 21. Plainfield Police received a phone call from a woman who said she was driving on Sterling Hill Road in Moosup when another motorist pointed a firearm at her, police said. Man Crashes Into Cruiser After Shooting In Region, Police Say A 63-year-old Connecticut man was arrested after authorities said he was involved in a shooting and then crashed into multiple vehicles, including a police cruiser, during a pursuit. Hartford County resident William Ramos Sr., of New Britain, was arrested following an investigation into a shooting on Friday, Nov. 26, in Manchester. A 56-year-old woman came into the lobby of the police department with a gunshot wound to her hand at about 9 p.m. on Friday, the Manchester Police Department reported.
