Western Mass 'Running Gun Battle' Leaves Numerous Buildings, Vehicles Damaged, Police Say
A running gunfight between four men in a city street in Western Massachusetts left numerous buildings and cars with bullet holes. The incident took place in Hampden County around 4:45 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 29, in Holyoke on Farnum Drive. According to Captain Matthew F. Moriarty of the Holyoke Police Department, officers responded to the area after received numerous reports of shots being fired.
