A 22-year-old Boston woman will face charges after she fatally struck 19-year-old University of Massachusetts Dartmouth student Frank Petillo Jr. earlier this year, authorities said. A man was charged with motor vehicle homicide after his involvement with a crash that killed a Norfolk County man, officials say.
