Worcester Police Officer Allegedly Finagled Pay For Unassigned Off-Duty Work A Worcester police officer was arrested for supposedly collecting almost $45,000 for off-duty assignments that he did not work, authorities and MassLive report.  Colby Turner, who was apparently requesting and receiving reimbursement for the assignments, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 1, police said on Facebook.
