Life-Threatening Injuries: Car Strikes Pedestrian In Mattapan, Police Investigate
The victim of a car crash was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, officials say. A vehicle struck a person walking in the area of 1198 Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan around 11:15 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, according to the Boston Police Department. The vehicle's driver stayed on the scene after hitting the pedestrian. Full notifications were requested for the victim, who was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
