Jordan Wiggins was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of a stairwell at the Elevation Apartments in the overnight hours of Thursday, Aug. 18, according to Quincy Police.  Wiggins was taken to local hospital where he later died. Those who knew Wiggins best were emotionally distraught when they heard about his death.
