(Update) Most Wanted Man Crashes Into Innocent Bystander While Trying To Escape Mass Police One of Massachusetts' most wanted was captured on Thursday, June 15, but not until he crashed into multiple police cars and slammed into an innocent bystander as he tried to escape capture, authorities said.  David K. Most Wanted: Mass State Police Seek 3 Fugitives Wanted For Homicide A trio of fugitives wanted for "the ultimate crime" have been added to the Massachusetts State Police most wanted list, officials say. Wanted for three fatal shootings collectively, police are seeking three Eastern Massachusetts men, Luis Soto, Jerome Fordham, and David Lynch, "so that we may speak for their victims," according to Massachusetts State Police.  Soto, 33, is wanted for shooting two men at a Dollar Tree store on North Montello Street in Brockton.
