Foxborough Man Dies In Hit, Run Crash, Rhode Island Man Arrested A man was charged with motor vehicle homicide after his involvement with a crash that killed a Norfolk County man, officials say.  Randall Ricketts, age 58, of Foxborough, died on Monday, Aug. 29 after a three-car hit-and-run crash on Route 95 north near Exit 7 in North Attleborough, according to the Massachusetts State Police.
