Puppy Left Inside Freezing Car Near Quincy Adams Station A puppy owner in Quincy thought it was a good idea to leave their pet in a freezing car, and they could now face charges, authorities said. The puppy was left attended in the locked car around 12:30 p.m. at the Quincy Adams station, according to transit police. The Quincy Fire Department arrived to help open the car door. Quincy Man Set Raccoon On Fire In Backyard: Report A Quincy man has been charged with animal cruelty after police said they saw him trying to burn a raccoon alive in his backyard, reports said.  Andrew Chieu, 63, was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 30, when Quincy police were called to his  Royal Street home to break up a dispute between him and a neighbor, NBC Boston reported.
