A Plymouth County man stabbed his 60-pound Bull-Terrior named Brutus to death with a grill prong after his attempt to poison the animal with fentanyl failed, authorities said. Police in Eastern Massachusetts say they've caught a man who placed at least 20 large rocks in the road to cause crashes over several months, authorities said.
