Swampscott Sea Wall Collapses, Waterfront Restaurant In Danger Officials are assessing the damage of a partial sea wall collapse that puts the status of a restaurant that boasts oceanfront views in jeopardy.  A sea wall that supports Mission on the Bay, a Swampscott restaurant located at 141 Humphrey Street, experienced a partial collapse in the afternoon of Thursday, May 4, according to the Lynn Fire Department which provided mutual aid.  A Lynn fire engine was dispatched around 1:40 p.m., according to Joseph Zukas, district fire chief for Lynn Fire.   Zukas said he has dined at the fairly new restaurant, saying it had "beautiful views."
