It was a very lucky weekend for one Bay Stater after they bought a $10 scratch-off lottery ticket in Revere that paid out $4 million. But luck is running out for two others because they are almost out of time to turn in their winning ticket before those tickets become worthless pieces of paper. The ticket in Revere was sold on Friday, April 12, at Elia's Food Market, 4 Park Ave. The winner played the "$4,000,000 Mayhem," claiming the last grand prize for that game. A Springfield man said he knew exactly how he plans to spend the money he won playing the Massachusetts State Lottery.
