New Details: Police Offer $10K For Leads On Quincy's 'Bad Breath Rapist' Officials are asking for the public's help to find a man who disappeared for 18 years after raping a waitress who worked at his family's restaurant, police say.   Tuen K. Lee was charged with raping a woman who worked at his family's restaurant at knifepoint in 2005 and failed to appear at his trial. He's been on the run ever since, according to the Massachusetts State Police.
