'It's Been Quite A Ride': Harvey's Hardware Closing After Nearly 70 Years A Needham hardware store that has been around for decades has decided to close up shop.  Harvey's Hardware will be closing after almost 70 years in business, the store's owners said in a Facebook post on Thursday, Oct. 6.  "This announcement comes with mixed emotions," Gary and Jeff Katz said.
