A 28-year-old man who was accused of shaking a Brockton 2-year-old to death in 2016 pleaded guilty just as his trial was set to begin, authorities said.
Timy Jo Griffin, 28, of Long Beach, California, admitted to one count of involuntary manslaughter on Tuesday, April 4, the Plymouth District Attorney's Office said. A judge sentenced Griffin to 10 years to 10 years and a day for the killing.
