Gecimar Silva Plans To Take First Vacation In 30 Years "Jaws" has returned to Martha's Vineyard, but everyone is all smiles this time.  Gecimar Silva, of Tisbury, won $1 million playing the Massachusetts State Lottery's new "Jaws" scratch-off game.
