No Sign Of 21-Year-Old Who Jumped From 'Jaws' Bridge After Second Day Of Searching Bad weather forced Massachusetts State Police divers to end their second day of searches Tuesday afternoon for a 21-year-old man who jumped from the famed American Legion Memorial Bridge on Martha's Vineyard with his brother on Sunday night, Aug. 14, and never resurfaced.  Tavaughn Bulgin, 21, his 26-year-old brother Tavaris Bulgin, and two friends dived from the bridge that connects Edgartown and Oak Bluffs just before 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 14, but only two resurfaced, officials said.
