5-Year-Old Killed By Tractor-Trailer In Andover Crosswalk: Report Multiple people in a crosswalk at the time of a tractor-trailer crash, but one person was struck and killed, officials say.  911 calls reported that a pedestrian had been hit by a tractor-trailer at the intersection of Elm and Main Streets at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, according to the Andover Police Department.  The pedestrian, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was 5 years old, according to an updated story by Daily Voice.
