Third Child Allegedly Strangled By Duxbury Mother Dies: Report An 8-month old baby that was hospitalized after he and his two siblings were found unconscious in their South Shore home this week has died, reports said. Callan Clancy passed away just after 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 27, WPRI reports citing Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz.
