Look Familiar?: Dashcam Video Shows Car Involved In Fatal I-95 Foxboro Shooting

Norfolk County officials released dash cam video of a dark-colored sedan that they say was taken shortly before the driver shot and killed a 37-year-old father on I-95 in Foxborough.

Police are asking for the public's help to identify the car on the right. Investigators believe the driver shot and killed another driver on I-95 on Feb. 3.

The shooting happened just before 10 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, near exit 16.

The car in the video — which appears on the right — seems to be a gray, silver, or dark-colored Hyundai Sonata that has been modified cosmetically, the Norfolk County District Attorney said. It was spotted driving erratically and speeding before the shooting.

Justin R. Parker, of North Attleboro, was behind the wheel of a Mercedes when the dark-colored sedan fired several rounds into the side of his car. Parker swerved into the neighboring lane — pushing a Lexus off the road and into the woods — before coming to rest against the center guardrail.

No one in the Lexus was injured.

Paramedics rushed Parker to Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, where he died of his wounds.

The Norfolk County District Attorney's Office asked drivers who were in the area at the time of the shooting to turn over any dashcam videos they had that could help them find the shooter. They released one of those videos on Tuesday, Feb. 27.

Investigators ask anyone who recognizes the vehicle or has any information about the slaying to call 781-327-9801.
