Traffic Backed Up For Miles From Fatal Truck Crash On I-495 In Andover: Police Traffic was backed up for several miles because of a fatal truck crash on I-495 south in Andover, authorities said. Police responded to the crash involving two trucks near Exit 97 close to I-93 just after 7 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13, Massachusetts State Police said.  Initial investigation suggests that a waste disposal company truck carrying a roll-off dumpster was stopped in the right lane while exiting the highway, police said.
