Boston Man Posing As Teen On TikTok To Ask Kids For Nudes Sentenced Second Time: Feds A Boston man who served prison time for child and sexual exploitation charges has been sentenced to more than 20 years after claiming to be a teen and luring a 13-year-old on TikTok. Hector Acevedo, 33, of Jamaica Plain, was sentenced to 22 years in prison and five years of supervised release for coercing a minor on TikTok to send him child sexual abuse material, prosecutors said. The Level 3 registered sex offender pleaded guilty in October 2023 to one count of receipt of child pornography by a recidivist.
