Lowell Repeat Child Offender, Former Church Worker Gets 10 Years In Prison
A Lowell man with a track record of possessing and distributing child pornography was sentenced to 120 months in prison for his latest offense, the US Attorney's Office for New Hampshire said on Tuesday, Oct. 11.
Russell Graham, age 42, met an undercover law enforcement officer in an online chatroom on or around May 1, 2020, the office said in a separate release.
Between May 4, 2020 and May 11, 2020, Graham sent multiple images and videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct to the officer. Graham also told the officer that he had an ankle bracelet.
