'She Will Be Sorely Missed': Family Says Goodbye To Woman Killed In North Andover Crash Angela Desmond was not one to sit still. The 47-year-old loved taking drives around the North Shore in her Camaro, spending time with her niece and nephew, hitting the heavy bag at a boxing gym, or taking a yoga class.  But whatever she did, she gave her whole heart, her obituary said.  Desmond was killed on Sunday, May 6, while walking along Massachusetts Avenue in North Andover. A Honda Civic jumped the curb near Route 125 and crashed into her around 1:30 p.m. The driver remained on the scene and cooperated with police.  North Andover police are investigating the cause of the crash, but…

Middle School Student Hospitalized After Hit By Car At Beverly High School A middle school student was taken to the hospital after they were hit by a car near Beverly High School, school officials and police said. Beverly Police responded to a report of a crash involving a pedestrian at the school, located at 100 Sohier Road, around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7, authorities said.
