IDs Released Of 4 Killed In Wrong-Way Crash On I-95 In New England The identities have been released of two men and two women all in their 20s who were killed in a horrific wrong-way crash on a stretch of I-95 in Connecticut. It happened at around 1:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 25 in New Haven County on the southbound side when a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes in West Haven, Connecticut State Police said.  The pickup truck then crashed into a Nissan Altima while in the left lane.  Following impact, the Silverado entered the center lane and collided with a southbound Nissan Sentra.&…

Two Killed After Wrong-Way Head-On Crash, Police Say Police are investigating a double-fatal, head-on overnight crash on a stretch of I-95. It happened around 10:45 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 16 in New Haven County in the Town of Guilford. Connecticut State Police say a 2018 Toyota Highlander was traveling northbound between exits 56 and 57 and a 2011 Toyota Highlander SE was traveling southbound on I-95 north, the wrong way on the highway, in between those exits.  The two Highlanders then collided into each other head-on and came to rest in the left travel lane of the highway, police said.  The driver of the 2018 Highlander…

Massachusetts Man Walking On Roadway Struck, Killed By Truck, Police Say A pedestrian who was walking in the middle of a lane on I-95 was struck and killed, authorities announced. Luis Guzman, age 29, of Roxbury, Massachusetts in Suffolk County, was killed around 2 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 10, in Waterford, in New London County, said the Connecticut State Police. According to troopers, a truck was traveling northbound on I-95, in the right lane of two, at the beginning of the exit 82A off-ramp lane when he struck Guzman who was walking southbound in the lane.
