Man's Body Found In Mass Wastewater Treatment Plant Workers at a Brockton wastewater treatment facility found the body of a man floating in the water Friday morning, May 24, authorities said.  The workers called 911 around 8:15 a.m. when they found the man at the 303 Oak Hill Way plant, the Plymouth District Attorney's Office said. Death ID: Police Identified Man Who Perished In Fire In Region Police have identified a man who was found dead following a fire at a Connecticut home. Tolland County resident Joel Kerr, age 66, of Vernon, was found dead on Sunday, June 11 inside a home at 144 Hany Lane in Vernon. According to Lt. Robert Marra of the Vernon Police, firefighters overhauling the house after the fire was extinguished found Kerr inside the home.
