33-Year-Old Killed After Vehicle Crashes Down In Embankment In Region Police are continuing to investigate a fatal crash in Western Massachusetts that left a 33-year-old man dead. The man was found around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 28 by a bicyclist passing by the scene of the crash in Hampshire County down a steep embankment in Williamsburg, said Laurie Loisel, director of Communications for the Northwest District Attorney's Office.  According to Loisel, the vehicle could not be seen by passing motorists, and it is unknown exactly when the crash occurred. Woman Charged After Bicyclist Killed In Crash In Region A Western Massachusetts woman who struck and killed a bicyclist will face charges of negligent motor vehicle homicide, authorities said.
