Teen Busted In Springfield, Charged With Killing Vermont Mom Of 2: Police Springfield police have arrested a 15-year-old boy in connection with the shooting death of a 38-year-old woman in her car in Vermont last month.  The teen is charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Christina Chatlos in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, on Jan. 23, Springfield police said.
