Drunk Driver Caused Fatal Accident That Killed Chicopee Woman, Police Say
An East Hartford man faces manslaughter charges after allegedly causing a fatal accident that left a Massachusetts woman dead and then telling authorities that he was not the driver, police said.
East Hartford resident Ricardo Figueroa, age 24, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 16 for his role in a fatal Hartford County crash on Route 2 in East Hartford on March 13, 2022, that left one woman dead, according to state police.
