Boston Man, 28, Charged With Teen's Killing Near Playground 6 Months Later Authorities in Boston say they have put handcuffs on the man responsible for a fatal shooting of a teen at a Roxbury playground over the summer.  Anthony Ramos, 28, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged this week with the killing of 19-year-old Tywon Meeks on July 6 at 5 Leyland Street, the Suffolk County District Attorney. 3rd-Generation Revere Firefighter Dies At 35: 'Vibrant Spirit,' 'Infectious Smile' The Revere Fire Department is mourning the loss of one of its brothers after beloved firefighter Steve Ferrante Jr. died last week. He was just 35 years old.  It's unclear what caused his death on Oct. 4, but the Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts listed it as an "active duty death."
