12 Indicted For Drug Trafficking Operation In Maryland: State’s Attorney A dozen members of an an alleged Drug Trafficking Organization that was operating out of an Irvington neighborhood have been indicted on a slew of charges following the discovery of mass quantities of fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, and pot, officials said Thursday, March 14. The charges came following a four-month investigation by the State’s Attorney’s Office and BPD resulting in 10 search warrants on a trafficking organization operating out of 200 block of Collins Avenue and the 4100 block of Frederick Avenue.
