A stabbing suspect implicated in a fatal incident in Annapolis on Monday was killed after stepping into traffic and being struck by a tractor-trailer, according to Maryland State Police. Maurice Logan Mitchell, 42, of Annapolis, has been identified by investigators as the victim who was struck and killed in Prince George’s County on Monday, May 1.
