Driver Charged With Negligent Homicide For Fatal 2022 Maryland Crash: Police
More than a year after a fatal two-vehicle crash in Montgomery County, police say that a man has been arrested. On Thursday, the Montgomery County Department of Police announced that Germantown resident Jose Antonio Garcia, 45, is facing charges following a 2022 crash that took the life of 30-year-old Jose Vidal Urias Beltran and injured several others.
