New details have been released after a woman was killed in a three-vehicle wrong-way crash that left nine others - including several children - with injuries in Maryland.
Elizabeth Velez, 36, of Easton, Pennsylvania, has been identified by state police as the victim in the crash on Tuesday night in Montgomery County, officials say.
