Larry Clinton Proctor, 33, admitted to selling nearly 200 grams of crack cocaine in four separate controlled purchases organized by law enforcement between May and June 2021, according to the Department of Justice.

Police stopped Proctor after a drug deal on June 24, 2021, and placed him under arrest. A search warrant was executed on Proctor's home where police found a .357 caliber machine gun with a 3D printed switch that made it a fully automatic firearm. Several other guns and body armor were found in the search.

A canine unit then searched a vehicle on the property, revealing over 350 grams of cocaine and 75 grams of crack cocaine hidden in the car.

Proctor admitted that he possessed the crack cocaine and cocaine with intent to distribute it and that he possessed the machine gun and other firearms to facilitate his drug distribution.
