Maryland Cocaine Dealer Found With 27 Guns Including Machine Gun, Body Armor, Sentenced
A Maryland cocaine dealer found with a machine gun has been sentenced to serve over seven years in federal prison, authorities announce. Larry Clinton Proctor, 33, admitted to selling nearly 200 grams of crack cocaine in four separate controlled purchases organized by law enforcement between May and June 2021, according to the Department of Justice. Police stopped Proctor after a drug deal on June 24, 2021, and placed him under arrest.
