A 26-year-old man with no known address is facing attempted rape and other charges following an attempted sexual assault of a teenager in Montgomery County, police say. Gaithersburg resident Samuel Deweh Gray, Jr. was arrested this week following an investigation into an alleged incident that was reported at an office building, authorities announced.
