Kennedy High School Shelter In Place Order A knife-wielding trespasser who had an altercation with a student at a Montgomery County high school has been apprehended after forcing the building to enter into a shelter-in-place status. At approximately 11:30 a.m. on Friday morning, a trespasser was reported at John F. Kennedy High School in Silver Spring when a person came onto school grounds during lunch.  Officials say that the trespasser got into an incident with one student, and when others approached a knife was introduced.
