Second Fatal Crash Reported At Same Deadly Intersection In Maryland, Sheriff Says A dangerous intersection in Frederick County has struck again. For the second time in as many weeks, a fatal crash has been reported at the intersection of Buckeystown Pike (Route 85) and Executive Way after 20-year-old Buckeystown resident Sotir Markoff died at an area trauma center, according to the sheriff's office. Shortly after 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, deputies were called to the intersection to investigate a two-vehicle crash that left Markoff dead and a passenger in the other car with critical injuries.
