Don’t Recycle That! Baltimore Launches New Program To Remind Residents What Can’t Be Recycled We've all been curious about what we can and can't recycle.  Well, now one city in Maryland is working to clear up that confusion! Baltimore recently announced they are launching a new program aimed at reducing the City’s recycling contaminants, or items that are not meant to be recycled.  The program, called the “Fleet on the Street” campaign, is designed to remind residents what they can and can’t recycle.
