Traffic was tied up on I-270 in Montgomery County during the morning commute on Thursday when a truck reportedly overturned. In Bethesda, the southbound lanes were temporarily closed on Thursday, Aug. 10, before some lanes reopened at approximately 9 a.m. following the crash.
