Security Tightens At Baltimore Middle School After Explosive Device Found Near Campus The Baltimore County Public School system released a statement about the security upgrades implemented at Pine Grove Middle School after a recent scare, reports said.  On Sept. 20, the middle school was evacuated when a suspicious package was found nearby. Suspects ID'd After Explosive Device Was Placed Outside Pine Grove Middle School Baltimore County detectives have identified two individuals connected to placing an explosive device inside of a vehicle parked outside of Pine Grove Middle School that caused the evacuation of two schools, authorities say.
