Hyattsville Man Charged In DC Nightclub Shooting That Wounded 6: Cops
A Maryland man has been arrested in a shooting that left six people injured at a Washington DC nightclub, authorities announced. Rennwel Mantock, 29, of Hyattsville, MD, opened fire after being kicked out of Decades nightclub on Connecticut Avenue NW just after 11:20 p.m. Friday, April 26, DC Metro police announced Saturday. Escaped DC Murder Suspect Remains At Large Day After Calvacante's Capture
The search for an escaped Washington DC murder suspect remains active a day after Danelo Cavalcante's capture. Christopher Haynes, a Manassas, VA native charged in the Aug. 12 murder of Brent Hayward, escaped from the George Washington University Hospital on Wednesday, Sept. 6. DC Metro police last week released an image of the 30-year-old, and this week increased the reward for his arrest to $30,000. Alison Cienfuegos-Vasquez, of Temple Hills, MD, was shot around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, in the 1200 block of Valley Avenue, Southeast, DC Metro police said. She was later pronounced dead. Stolen DC Vehicle Recovered In Pasadena Months After Reported Missing: Police
A vehicle that was stolen out of Washington DC last year has been recovered in Pasadena, authorities said. Lashae Parker, 26, of Glen Burnie, and Dyandre Owens, 23, of Brooklyn, were found driving the stolen Toyota around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 31, Anne Arundel County Police said.
