MD Man With Large Amount Of 'Molly' Also Had Outstanding Warrant For Assault, Police Say A wanted 36-year-old Germantown man who crashed his car after a police chase has been arrested in Montgomery County after being busted with drugs, officials announced. Members of the Montgomery County Department of Police say that Quinnel Martin has been charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute after officers found a large quantity of methamphetamine/MDMA, also known as "molly," following the crash in Gaithersburg.
