A man who used a t-shirt to obscure his face while threatening a Dunkin’ employee in Montgomery County with a box cutter remains at large a week after he held up a Silver Spring store. Investigators from the Montgomery County Department of Police released new surveillance video of an armed robbery that was reported on Thursday, May 18 at the location in the 12200 block of Veirs Mill Road.
